For security reasons, we have disabled the function of adding PTR requests in the Administration panel.
To have an entry, you have to open a support ticket, and after we verify you, we can set a PTR request for your IP(s).
Here are the rules you have to follow.
1. First, you need to have a working website on the domain name you wish to have PTR entry on it (an actual website)
2. The PTR entry must be pointed to the IP address and can be pingable.
3. You have to use your real information when you have signed up on our website and not use VPN or Proxy servers when you have signed up.
4. Any misuse causes immediate termination.
